OfficeMavens can help. We are now offering Concierge Service. Once you register, we will take delivery of your UPS, USPS, FedEx or other small packages up to 25 pounds. We can also receive your faxes. We'll call you the day your package or fax arrives. Pick up the package or fax at your convenience. We also offer mailbox rentals and mailbox plus services .

How do I use Concierge Service?

First, you must register with OfficeMavens so we know how to get your package to you. Then, instruct your sender to mail or fax to OfficeMavens. We'll call you when we receive a package for you. 1. Register Registration is simple. Just click here and print out the registration form. Return the completed form to OfficeMavens. 2. Instruct Sender Please instruct your sender to address packages and faxes in the following way: Your Name c/o OfficeMavens 435 Atlantic Avenue Brooklyn, NY 11217 Our fax number is 718-501-0002. Our phone number is 718-501-0000. 3. We'll call you On the day we receive a package or fax for you, we will call you at the number indicated on your registration form. Pick up your package or fax at your convenience. OfficeMavens is open Monday thru Friday from 12 to 7 and Saturday from 12 to 5 (except July and August). We are closed on Saturdays in July and August.

How much does it cost?
Registration: There is no registration fee for Concierge Service, but you must register so we know how to notify you when we receive a fax or package for you. Packages: The fee for each package is $5. There is also a storage fee of $1.50 per day for any package left over 5 days. We cannot be responsible for any package left over 30 days. We reserve the right to charge extra for oversize packages. Faxes: The fee for a fax is $2 for the first page and $1 for each page additional page.
