Mailboxes

     

You move a lot but your business doesn't have to! OfficeMavens now provides mailboxes. We will hold your mail until you pick it up.

How do I use the Mailboxes at OfficeMavens?

First, you must register with OfficeMavens so we can assign you a mailbox number. Then, instruct your sender to mail to you at the address below. Pick up your mail during OfficeMavens business hours.

1. Register
Registration is simple. Just click here. Return the form with your non-refundable deposit and first 3 months of payments to OfficeMavens. We will assign you a mailbox number.

2. Instruct Sender
Please instruct your sender to address your mail as follows:

3. Pick up Mail
We will hold your mail until you pick it up. Your account must be in good standing to receive your mail. OfficeMavens is open Monday thru Friday from 12 to 7.

How much does it cost?

Registration
There is a one time, non-refundable deposit of one month's rent for each mailbox. At registration, you must also pay for the first three months of service.

Monthly Fee
The monthly fee is $25 per mailbox. If you would like to include packages with the mailbox, our mailbox plus service is available for $35 per month.

The fees must be paid by the first of the month to keep your account in good standing. We reserve the right to hold or return mail if your account is not kept current.

Packages
Packages are not included in the mailbox service but are included in mailbox plus. Alternately, you can pay per item for packages using our Concierge Service.
